After two years of conversations with providers across the country, we learned of an overlooked problem in an often overlooked population: patients experiencing homelessness lose or have their medications stolen because they lack a safe place to store their pills, insulin, and ointment. This makes completing medical regimen in an already vulnerable population incredibly difficult. Empowered by the goal of improving health equity for those experiencing homelessness, our team designed a temperature-controlled wearable and a flexible pill container.
Since our founding in 2020, our team has established partnerships with 50+ different provider organizations across the country and raised over $70,000 in funding.
